t7771 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and t7771 ("t7771", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services, games, promotions and features available at t7771.org. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other person who accesses or uses the t7771 platform in any capacity.

t7771 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the t7771 platform immediately.

1. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with t7771, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• Minimum AgeYou must be at least 21 years of age. t7771 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend your account pending verification. If you cannot demonstrate that you meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be closed permanently.
• Personal CapacityYou must be registering as a private individual acting in your own name, in your own personal capacity, and solely for your personal entertainment. Registrations on behalf of another person or registrations by commercial entities are not permitted.
• Responsible Gaming DeclarationBy registering you confirm that you are not a problem gambler, that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement at any other gaming platform, and that you are participating for entertainment purposes only.
• Single Account RuleEach individual person may hold only one registered account on the t7771 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using false identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all balances.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

t7771 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and selected bank transfer methods for Bangladesh players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

• Minimum DepositThe minimum deposit on the t7771 platform is ৳200 (BDT) per transaction. There is no platform-side fee on standard mobile banking deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Third-party transaction fees applied by your mobile banking provider are outside of t7771's control and are your responsibility.
• Minimum WithdrawalThe minimum withdrawal is ৳500 (BDT). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification before they are processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Timet7771 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance or where additional verification is required.
• Currency and Conversiont7771 accepts both BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and INR (Indian Rupee). Where currency conversion is involved, the exchange rate applied will be the platform rate at the time of the transaction. t7771 accepts no liability for fluctuations in exchange rates between the time a deposit is made and the time a withdrawal is requested.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t7771 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be referred to appropriate authorities.

• Fraud and Money LaunderingAny attempt to use the t7771 platform for fraudulent purposes, including money laundering, processing of stolen payment instruments, or any other activity that violates applicable law, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Collusion and CheatingColluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament, using automated software (bots), exploiting technical errors or glitches for financial gain, or employing any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus AbuseOpening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, making deposits specifically to qualify for bonuses with no genuine intention to wager or using any other strategy designed to exploit the t7771 bonus system is considered bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback or reversal of any deposit transaction through your payment provider without first contacting t7771 and allowing t7771 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute is prohibited. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

7. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

All content on the t7771 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game content, text, logos and design elements, is the intellectual property of t7771 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the platform without prior written permission from t7771.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t7771 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform or inability to access the platform. t7771's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
